All mushroom orders are guaranteed to be alive and glowing upon arrival.
Return or Exchange Policy:
All mushrooms
come with an unconditional 60 day return or exchange guarantee. If
for any reason you would like to return your items, you may do so
for a full refund. Items may also be exchanged if
defective.
Payments:
Orders are processed through Paypal, with secure buyer protection.
All Paypal orders are sent to droseramichael@gmail.com. Your credit
card information is processed by Paypal and is never viewable to
us.
Discounts:
Discounts are offered for large orders and educational institutions. Please inquire for pricing.
Shipping
Time:
Most orders are processed the same business day. USPS First Class mail is typically delivered in 2-4 business days. If you need faster delivery please contact us for other shipping options.
International
Orders:
There is a $50 minimum for international orders. USPS First Class International shipping is free. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.
